Lee has reworked the sculptures, transforming them into a new series of flat, wall-based works encased in steel frames. With this work, Lee connected the fragility of the human body to that of industrial structures. This work alludes to ideas of birth, decay, and regeneration. Lee examines the tension between organic vulnerability within the enduring permeance of industrialized systems.Exhibitions
